Steven Zidell is a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro & Schulman, LLP, a full service law firm in West Los Angeles, which also has offices in Las Vegas and Ontario. Mr. Zidell graduated from UCLA, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa in 1982 with a B.A. in economics. He is also a graduate of UCLA's School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in California in 1985. During law school he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Mr. Zidell is a member of the State Bar of California, Real Property Section and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a licensed real estate broker and served as 1994 Chairman of the San Fernando Valley Association of REALTORS(r)' Multi-Cultural Committee. He was also a Consultant for California Real Estate Finance Practice: Strategies and Forms, published by California Continuing Education of the Bar, 2000. He is a 2002 graduate fellow of Leadership LA. Mr. Zidell was formerly a partner at Quateman & Zidell in Century City. Mr. Zidell specializes in transactional real estate law. He also has significant experience in municipal finance and corporate transactions.
