Scott Hall

Scott Hall, Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Services, responsible for sourcing and implementing workout, asset management and advisory services across all asset types for Lowe’s various business units. Prior to joining Lowe’s Real Estate Services team, Mr. Hall was Vice President of Lowe Destination Development and he was responsible for hospitality related business development initiatives. In addition to sourcing resort, hotel, and private golf community acquisition and development opportunities in the U.S. and Mexico, Mr. Hall oversaw and assisted with project-level finance, development, and sales and marketing efforts for Lowe’s hotel and resort development projects. Prior to joining Lowe in 2005, he was an Associate at Watt Commercial Properties involved in the underwriting and analysis of mixed-use and retail acquisition and development opportunities. He began his real estate career as an Analyst at Fieldstone Communities, focused on single family residential development, after spending four years as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche and Andersen Consulting.
