Todd Tydlaska

Todd Tydlaska has been actively involved in the real estate business for over 10 years and joined CB Richard Ellis as a Director in 2006. Todd has been involved in the listing and sale of over $10.7 billion of office, industrial, retail, self storage, land and studio product. He has been involved with numerous high-profile assignments including the recent dispositions of Bravern Office Commons ($410 million), Advanta Office Commons ($240 million), Sunset Gower Studios ($205 million), 1055 West Seventh Street ($184 million), Phelps Dodge Tower ($127 million) and 915 Wilshire ($117 million).

Previously, Todd worked at Eastdil Secured focusing on institutional investment sales, participating in the underwriting and sale of over $4.6 Billion of transactions, primarily involving west coast Class A real estate and national portfolios.
